Package Price Includes:
The above rates are packaged rates (double occupancy) and include the following:
- Air travel based on the listed flights and times.
-Overnight stay at a selected Hotel, standard room on bed and breakfast basis
- Hotel provided shuttle transfer from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Port.
- Cruise cabin per listed category
- All musical entertainment and other activities onboard.
- Governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees.
-Return Transfer from port to airport
Package Price excludes :
- Airfare related taxes. Approximately USD$59.00 (subject to change)
- Certain beverages and personal items purchased on board
- Pre or post tours and shores excursions
Trip Insurance is also available through The Playboy Jazz Cruise. Please inquire at the time of booking, for if certain preconditions exist, the purchase of Trip Insurance may be required within 14 days of actual booking.
Payment Schedule:
Balance Due on September 30, 2008. Any reservations received after September 30, 2008, requires immediate payment in full. Additional airfare and hotel rates may apply.
Refund Policy:
Reservation canceled Before Balance Due - 50% of Deposit Refunded Failure to Pay Balance Due (September 30, 2008) - Deposit Forfeited Cancellation on or after October 1, 2008 - 100% of Package Fare Forfeited
Cancellations, to be effective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the date received. A non-refundable $150 cancellation processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before final payment for other causes.
